Além de relógios, estarão disponíveis no novo espaço, as linhas de jóias e acessórios da marca italiana. Quanto aos relógios, os quatro retalhistas que vendiam Bvlgari vão continuar a fazê-lo.

O comunicado da Bvlgari:

Bulgari will be opening next mid November a new store located in El Corte Inglés of the city of Lisbon.

The most iconic and latest jewels, watches, gifts and accessories will be available in this first store of the brand in Portugal.

This new opening takes place the same year during which Bulgari celebrates the 10th anniversary of B.zero1, the epitome of Bulgari design.

B.zero1 made its worldwide debut at the start of the new millennium and immediately enjoyed an extraordinary success. B.zero1 harmoniously combines two classic Bulgari icons: Tubogas, the beloved collection from the early ‘70s, and the famous BVLGARI BVLGARI double logo.

At once exclusive and playfully accessible, B.zero1 has become the most successful collection in Bulgari’s history, with more than 1,400,000 pieces sold since its introduction.

On the occasion of its 10th anniversary, B.zero1 proposes a restyling of its by now classic forms, using new combinations and innovative materials, with fully 15 new variants.

A noteworthy example is the historic ring that becomes particularly precious with the introduction of a surface entirely in diamond pavé, where the different dimensions of the stones, expertly set into the curve of the ring, create an extraordinary luminosity that gives new depth to this new version of a Bulgari classic.

Another significant innovation of the 2010 collection is the unexpected combination of pink gold and ceramic: one new model from the B.zero1 line presents the two external geared rings with the traditional BVLGARI BVLGARI logo in pink gold, in extroverted contrast with the spiral shape in white or black ceramic.

Now, for the first time, the contemporary and creative soul inherent in the B.zero1 collection has inspired an unprecedented collaboration between Bulgari artistry and contemporary art.

Anish Kapoor, one of the world’s most acclaimed living artists, has been invited to revisit Bulgari’s iconic ring. Long one of the major figures on the international art scene, the Indian-born and London-based sculptor has exhibited his monumental works at MoMA, the Royal Academy, the Kunsthalle and the Guggenheim, to name but a very few.

Mr. Kapoor has always focused a good part of his artistic inquiry on the manipulation of different metals and their distinctive reflections. In fact, some of his most famous sculptures investigate the concave surfaces of steel, which have now become the source of inspiration for Anish Kapoor’s new B.zero1 ring. As such, the artistry of an historic Bulgari tradition becomes a singular work of art.

In 2010 Bulgari launches its own entirely in-house conceived watch movement, representing a major milestone in its watchmaking strategy. Calibre 168, the first Bulgari base movement entirely designed, developed and produced in-house now powers the new Sotirio Bulgari models, whose name pays tribute to the founder of one of the most prestigious brands in the contemporary luxury business, and to the intangible values that have guided the firm ever since its creation.

Bulgari honours the beauty of women with a contemporary reinterpretation of one of the brand’s most famous icons. The new Serpenti watch is an extremely original model that stems from the fusion of the snake symbol and the Tubogas bracelet, two signature expressions of the inimitable Bulgari style. Coiling around the wrist in a playfully sensual manner, the Tubogas bracelet developed by Bulgari for its watches in the 1950’s is as unique as ever.

Sensual convergences of day and night, evocative color paths that introduce new and intriguingly soft metallic tones: these are the distinguishing features of Bulgari’s new collection of women’s accessories for the 2010 Fall-Winter season, an exclusive selection that combines unmistakable Bulgari design, unconventional workmanship and the finest materials.

The star of this new scenario of intriguing contrasts and refined elegance is Chandra. The tactile sensuality of Chandra, already an icon of Bulgari style, distinguishes the entire “Bulgari Bulgari” line. Its name, which means ‘moon’ in Sanskrit, pays homage to the form and luminosity of that nocturnal orb, while its sinuous rotundity and radiant beauty evoke the exotic enchantment of warm and fragrant oriental evenings. The collection comes in a wide variety of colors and materials.

Class and sophistication are the defining traits of the Leoni line, where the traditional Bulgari emblem of facing lion heads is the centerpiece of an ample assortment that ranges from handbags to shoulder bags to contemporary cocktail clutches.

In the exclusive evening bag selection of clutches and purses, the spotlight falls on satin, adorned with ancient coins engraved with imperial profiles, emblems of a timeless classical perfection, as well as with pearls and crystals that create exquisite floral patterns.

The collection is completed by a range of sunglasses whose shaded lenses and ample rims re-evoke the stylish ‘70s.

The new Save the Children ring will be also present in the new Lisbon store. This specially-designed silver and ceramic will support BVLGARI’s 2010-2011 pledged commitment of $7.4 million (6 million Euros) to support quality education for the world’s neediest children. BVLGARI’s commitment builds on the successes of the Rewrite the Future Campaign in 2009, which raised more than $9 million (more than 6 million Euros) to improve the quality of education for over 10 million children worldwide, in partnership with global humanitarian organization Save the Children. BVLGARI will continue its partnership with Save the Children to deliver quality education programs, including teacher training and an art education and therapy program to give children a voice to work through their emotional distress and help them cope creatively.

The new ring emulates the unique design of the B.zero1 jewelry line, and is the second one-of-a-kind design created to benefit Save the Children, following the introduction of an all-silver ring in 2009. The new ring will also feature the Save the Children logo engraved on the inside. The ring will be sold from the Fall of 2010 through 2011 in BVLGARI stores worldwide, select department stores, and on BVLGARI’s e-commerce website (active in the USA) for $370 (€350) each, of which $75 (€60) will be donated to Save the Children.

The brand will continue to be present in Portugal with prestigious jewellers as David Rosas, Faria, Cunha and Edjóia, with whom it has been collaborating for the last years.
