Depois de ter lançado em Junho de 2011 o inovador Centigraphe Sport (imagens em baixo), o primeiro relógio mecânico de pulso totalmente feito em alumínio, a manufactura F.P.Journe surge agora com um segundo modelo na “lineSport”, o Octa Sport, feito de alumínio de alta tecnologia, uma liga usada na aviação.
O novo relógio, com 42 mm, de diâmetro, pesa apenas 53 gramas. Tem calibre automático e autonomia de 120 horas. Horas e minutos centrais, pequenos segundos às 5 horas, indicação de reserva de corda às 10h30, indicação de dia/noite às 08h00 e grande data à 1 hora. O rotor do Octa Sport, descentrado, é de titânio, a que se juntou um segmento de tungsténio para aumentar a velocidade de rotação e de alimentação da corda.
