Em reunião extraordinária hoje ocorrida, a Ulysse Nardin escolheu Chai Schnyder como nova Presidente do Conselho de Directores. Ao mesmo tempo, Patrik P. Hoffmann foi nomeado CEO, em substituição de Rolf W. Schnyder, recentemente falecido.

A viúva de Rolf W. Schnyder tem um Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering (Queen's University Belfast, United Kingdom).
Patrik P. Hoffmann passou grande parte da sua carreira profissional no sector relojoeiro, tendo entrado para a Ulysse Nardin em 1999.
