Agenda - The Luxury Briefing Conference, Londres 20 e 21 de Janeiro

Luxury Briefing, the industry bible for what’s happening in the world of luxury, announces Future Luxe as the focus for its next conference on 20 & 21 January 2011. A sterling cast of movers and shakers from the industry will be enlightening conference attendees on what the future holds for the luxury business.

The conference will be hosted, as ever, by the inimitable James Ogilvy, Luxury Briefing’s founder; and co-hosted for the first time by Suzanne Aaronson, international taste-maker and founder of What’s Worth It and cult US blog Suzanne’s Files.

Nick Jones, founder of Soho House; Mary-Adair Macaire, the CEO behind Pringle; Marc Worth, CEO of Stylus and founder of WGSN; and Gerry McGovern, Design Director of Land Rover, will be leading the thinking on how luxury must evolve in the next decade of the noughties.

The conference will also feature a panel of powerful women from fashion and design looking into their crystal balls: this includes Nadja Swarovski, Vice President International Communications at Swarovski, and Marigay McKee, Fashion Director of Harrods; the panel will be chaired by Kate Reardon, Contributing Editor of Vanity Fair.

There will be commentary from regular Luxury Briefing contributors: Jeffrey Miller, provocative New York columnist; and Chris Sanderson and Martin Raymond from the Future Laboratory, identifying the trends that must be watched.
